This beautiful Willy’s is owned by Bill Perry. During our conversations with Bill concerning his vision for the project, we discovered that he is a wine connoisseur. It was decided to go with the concept for an ultimate tailgate vehicle, a Wine Wagon. If you look closely not only will you see the eighteen bottle wine cooler, but also a wood deck made of wine crates and of course the glasses rack. Bill loves wood working so it was decided to inlay oak onto the sides of the Wagon. While Jerred was busy doing body work and making the Wagon ready for paint, Dan was busy boxing the frame, hanging a Ford nine inch with a triangulated four link for the rear suspension, a custom fit Mustang II for the front and installing a 4.3L Chevy Vortec motor with a TH-350 transmission. The Wine Wagon not only needed to look good and ride good but also need to be comfortable and safe. Front buckets are from a Chrysler Sebring with all interior work done by Mike Anderson of Anderson’s Upholstery, Kerrville, TX.
